4. SMS Messaging Program

Our SMS messaging program is used exclusively for: appointment confirmations; appointment reminders; and scheduling-related follow-up communications. This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, text STOP. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Message delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of your specific mobile carrier.
